Insurance & Private Pay

Most of our counselors are in network with several Health Insurance Companies, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, American Behavioral, BHS, Beacon, United, & Optum. Please verify prior, to your appointment, that your counselor is in network with your insurance policy. All therapist are not credential with all insurance panels.

We are not taking new couples, using insurance at this time; we are only offering individual therapy for new clients.

(We no longer submit claims to Aetna or Tricare, we are happy to get you the information you will need to self-file, as out-of network)

 

​Insurance coverage/policies can vary widely. So please check with your insurance carrier to confirm coverage prior to your first appointment. Some plans require prior authorization and/or a referral. If your insurance does not cover your session you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

We also offer Private Pay rates and Discounted Packages with the purchase 4, 6, or 8 sessions. 

 

If you can not make it to your appointment, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice or you will be charged $100 for a no show, or $50 for a late cancellation.

All Refunds will be subject to 5% processing fee.
