Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We observe a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please allow us at minimum of 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or you will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to your deposit. 

 

We understand that emergencies do happen, but please alert our office at 205-538-3099 as soon as possible if you can not attend your appointment.

 

We do not overbook appointment times, an appointment is a reservation of a therapist's time to spend exclusively with you.
